HCS Viper 3 SHC helmet with Rails NVG Mount and pad system black

The VIPER 3 SHC (Super High Cut) helmet is the latest version of the ACH (Advanced Combat Helmet) including side rails and NVG mounts. Additionally, the Viper 3 SHC is equipped with a 7-pad suspension system and our RD (Ratchet Dial) 4-point quick-adjust harness.

The RD (Ratchet Dial) system greatly improves the rotational stability of the helmet on the head, which is important for mounted NVG's. The operator can easily adjust the tension of the anti-rotation wires via a dial that controls the harness's circumferential bands from the back of the head.

QA Harness: The VIPER helmets have four quick-adjust buckles that make the strap tensions on the helmet easily adjustable for the wearer while the helmet is on the head. The NVG housing is constructed of high-impact composite nylon with a CNC machined aircraft-grade aluminum insert to which the NVG mount attaches. This ensures very tight dimensional tolerances that stabilize the NVG assembly.

The rails are made of high-impact composite nylon and come with two Picatinny adapters, two Wingloc adapters and two goggle clips. In addition, the rails can accommodate a variety of other accessories such as visor mounts. This helmet is very popular among special forces and military as well as police and law enforcement agencies due to its unusually high level of comfort and flexibility in extreme conditions.
