You will receive an email from us and DHL with the tracking code.
When will you ship my order?
We try to ship all orders received by 3:30 p.m. on the same day.
How do returns work?
If possible, please pack the goods as we sent them to you, enclose the goods return slip if possible and take the package to the post office/DPD/GLS/Hermes.
Don't I get a free return label?
The return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer, as stated in the cancellation conditions. However, we will cover the shipping costs to you from 59 euros.
Which parcel delivery companies do you ship with?
We send our parcels with DHL, freight forwarding goods with EMONS.
