We always strive to keep the delivery time as short as possible so that you have your order in your hands as quickly as possible. The delivery time of the items can be found on the respective item page. If our suppliers still have delivery bottlenecks for products, we will of course inform you when you place an order.

HCS Equipment GmbH covers the fees for the Paypal, Amazon Pay and Klarna payment services.
Payment options
Amazon Pay, Paypal, advance payment or cash on delivery are available as payment options. With the payment options Papypal+ and Klarna, purchases can be made in installments, on account or by direct debit, depending on your creditworthiness. If you choose the advance payment option, we ask you to transfer the amount within 7 days of ordering. If this does not happen, the order will be canceled by the system.
Item condition
We only sell new goods. If it is a used item, it will be explicitly marked.
Shipment
Shipping takes place via DHL to your specified address. Of course, we also deliver to barracks, companies, all sorts of operational contingents, civilians and other authorities. Please note, however, that there may be delays in shipments abroad. We will be happy to inform you of the exact timing upon request.
Shipping
We send the goods via DHL package. This means that you will incur a total shipping cost within Germany for DHL parcels amounting to 3.95 euros, for goods with a value of less than 99.00 euros. Cash on delivery will incur an additional cost of €5.95. If the shipment is not accepted or not picked up, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
