Delivery time
We always strive to keep delivery times as short as possible so that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please refer to the individual product page for the estimated delivery time. Should our suppliers experience any product shortages, we will of course inform you if you place an order.

Payment options
Payment options include Amazon Pay, PayPal, prepayment, or cash on delivery. With PayPal+ and Klarna, payment by installments, invoice, or direct debit is possible depending on your creditworthiness. For prepayment, please transfer the amount within 7 days of placing your order. If this does not occur, the order will be automatically canceled.
Item condition
We sell exclusively new goods. If an item is used, it will be explicitly marked as such.
Shipment
Shipping is via DHL to your specified address. We also deliver to barracks, companies, all types of deployment contingents, civilians, and other authorities. Please note, however, that international shipments may experience delays. We will gladly inform you about specific delivery times upon request.
Shipping costs
We ship the goods via DHL parcel. This incurs total shipping costs of €3.79 within Germany for DHL parcels, for orders under €60. If the shipment is not accepted or not collected, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
