The Berghaus MMPS Crusader III FA is an extremely robust front-access backpack, which has been specially developed for heavy loads. The front access allows the user to quickly remove equipment from the main compartment without opening the lid.

The MMPS Crusader III FA is a real packhorse - its 90 + 20 liters are distributed between the large main compartment with front and top access, the spacious bottom compartment, the height-adjustable lid and the two MMPS side pockets, each with a volume of 10 liters. The two MMPS side pockets are removable and can be carried individually or together as a daypack using the included shoulder straps. There are various attachment options inside and outside for attaching additional equipment and bags, such as MOLLE, MMPS and FLT compatible equipment. In a Velcro compartment on the FA cover there is also a mesh pocket on the outside for storing helmets, jackets, etc.

The tried and tested Cyclops II carrying system from Berghaus was developed for heavy loads. The aluminum alloy frame ensures an excellent ratio of efficient load transfer. The ergonomically designed hip belt with hip wings is comfortably padded and prevents the backpack from slipping. The ergonomically shaped back padding with ventilation channel ensures optimal support and good contact with the backpack, while also providing sufficient freedom of movement even when fully loaded. The load control straps, the comfortable shoulder straps, the chest strap and the lid height are adjustable and allow for a precise fit.

• The plastic mounting brackets have been completely replaced by Hypalon
• The front zip cover has been removed to make opening the zip easier and faster
• FLT compatible fastening loops on the front and in the main compartment
