The Dynamic Entry Special Operations Breacher from Blackhawk is a robust, Hallagan-style pry tool designed for close-range use.
The wedge is made of hardened stainless steel, which has friction ribs on all contact surfaces that run in the opposite direction to the head. These counter-rotating friction ribs are specially designed to securely grip the breaking surfaces and ensure stability during breaking operations and prevent the tool from slipping.
Handles with safety guards reduce the risk of the user's hands slipping onto the working end of the tool. With an electrically non-conductive handle system that can withstand up to 100,000 volts AC.
