The Dynamic Entry UK Hallagan Tool from Blackhawk features a unique glass breaker head for break and rake work and uses a newly designed hardened stainless steel wedge with friction ribs on all contact surfaces.

- The wedge features a newly designed, hardened stainless steel wedge with counter-rotating friction ribs
- The counter-rotating friction ribs ensure stability during breaking processes and prevent the tool from slipping
- The glass-breaking head is perfect for breaking work
- The handles do not absorb broken glass, are electrically non-conductive up to 100,000 volts AC and self-extinguishing
- Handles with safety guards reduce the risk of the user's hands slipping onto the working ends of the pole
