The Šestan-Busch BK-ACH-HC is the high-cut version of the ACH helmet, meeting all military specifications for ballistics, impact, and deformation. It weighs 12% less than a conventional ACH helmet, primarily due to the elimination of the ear covers, resulting in improved sound localization and better compatibility with communication headsets.

The special EBSP manufacturing process offers a high level of protection against all types of splinters, shrapnel, and projectiles. The helmet and its components are resistant to all weather conditions. The helmet shell is made from 100% aramid material as standard. Šestan-Busch uses only the highest quality materials manufactured in Europe.

The 9-piece memory foam padding set offers optimal protection against impacts and blunt blows. The padding's outer material is made of comfortable, sweat-absorbing, and quick-drying Ultra Dry fabric. The material feels very pleasant and comfortable when wearing the helmet. It consists of two trapezoidal pads (front and back) and seven elongated pads (distributed across the top and around the circumference for comfort and stability).

The 4-point harness attachment ensures an optimal fit and wearing comfort. The RD (Ratchet Dial) adjustment system on the neck pad allows for easy, one-handed adjustment of the harness in seconds. The specially designed adjustable attachment system stabilizes the wearer's weight when wearing a helmet with a ballistic visor.

The helmet features an NVG cover on the forehead, secured with three ballistic bolts. The NVG mount is constructed from durable PA6 polymer with an aluminum base cover for enhanced strength and durability. The universal cover is compatible with most standard NVG mounting arms and provides a secure attachment point for video cameras, lights, and other components.

The helmet features Picatinny rail mounting platforms on the sides, compliant with MIL-STD-1913, and is equipped with bungees and buckles for improved mask and goggle fixation. Accessories such as various adapters, electro-optical visors, flashlights, and laser sights can be mounted by sliding them in. Hook-and-loop panels for attaching additional gear and ID patches complete the accessory options.
