HUQ stands for Hammock Underquilt with 180g/m² G-LOFT insulation. The Carinthia Underquilt was specifically designed for hammock campers. Sleeping bag insulation is compressed in the back area and therefore has limited heat retention capacity. Due to the lack of contact with the ground or sleeping mat, body heat is immediately dissipated into the environment, leading to rapid cooling of the entire back area. Whether on windy days, cool nights, or even in winter, the HUQ 180 offers excellent protection against the cold on the back and sides.
Its design adapts to the convex shape of the hammock sleeper. Additionally, it can be adjusted using elastic drawstrings, ensuring a perfect fit. Thanks to its versatile adjustment options, it is compatible with all standard single outdoor hammocks.
