The Carinthia Tropen is a lightweight summer sleeping bag with an extremely small pack size and low weight. Its most notable property is vapor permeability, which is very important for hot and humid tropical nights. The Shelltrans outer shell fits loosely over the inner structure and provides an additional layer of insulation. This construction ensures the necessary thermal performance for cool, foggy nights.
When the weather is nice, the lower part of the two-way zipper can be opened for ventilation. The head area is equipped with a mosquito net, which is fixed with loops. The mosquito net is then secured in the facial area with a zipper.
Temperature range: comfort limit +5.1°C; Extreme -7.9°C (temperature data according to ISO 23537-1, EN 13537).
