Chimpanzee Isotonic Drink Grapefruit 30g

Chimpanzee nutritional supplement powder for the preparation of an isotonic non-alcoholic drink with vitamin C and grapefruit flavor.

Chimpanzee's isotonic drink helps maintain performance during prolonged physical exertion and increases water intake during exercise. It combines low molecular and high molecular carbohydrates in an optimal ratio. This significantly reduces fluctuations in blood sugar levels during exercise. 20% isomaltulose ensures a gradual release of energy. An effective antioxidant system* helps protect cells from oxidative stress and prolongs the ability to perform at peak levels. *(zinc, manganese, selenium, vitamins C and E).

Preparation and dosage: Mix 30 g of powder with 375 ml of water (isotonic drink, 280 mOsm/l) or with 500 ml of water (hypotonic drink, 210 mOsm/kg). To achieve the required effects, follow the preparation process described. Drink immediately before exercise and then every 10-15 minutes. Total daily amount: children 6-12 years 1,000 ml, children 12-15 years 1,500 ml and adults max. 2,500 ml depending on the duration and intensity of the exercise and the ambient temperature. Isotonic drink is for children, not suitable for children under 6 years.
