The P5s knee pads developed by D3O (Delta Three Oscar) utilize a revolutionary technology based on the principle of non-Newtonian fluids.
The anatomically shaped V-shaped pads are injection-molded from advanced polymers that mimic the properties of non-Newtonian fluids. This means that the material's viscosity depends on the applied force, resulting in the product's unique softness while providing excellent protection against impacts and blunt force injuries for the wearer. The material is temperature-stable and functions normally in a wide range of climates.
To further increase wearing comfort, the pads are equipped with holes that increase airflow and provide better ventilation.
