Direct Action Compact MED Pouch Horizontal ranger green

The Compact MED Pouch Horizontal from Direct Action is a modern pouch concept for one of the most important parts of your IFAK equipment. Made from Cordura® 500D, 210D nylon and laser-cut laminate, this first aid pouch can be worn on a belt via paracord loops and 45mm wide slots or attached to modular platforms using the MOLLE/PALS attachment system.

The bag has space for most of the common first aid kits needed during a mission. The medical supplies are secured with elastic loops. The minimalist, ambidextrous insert with Hypalon® handle can be operated with one hand. There is a wide, elastic loop on the top of the bag for attaching a tourniquet, while a scissors pocket can be attached to the back of the insert. The Velcro closure with the word "MED" allows for quick identification of the bag.
