The Compact MED Pouch Horizontal from Direct Action® is a modern pouch concept for one of the most important parts of your IFAK equipment.
The pouch offers space for most common first-aid kits needed during an operation. Medical supplies are secured with elastic loops. The minimalist, ambidextrous insert with a Hypalon® grip can be operated with one hand. A wide elastic loop on the top of the pouch allows for the attachment of a tourniquet, while a scissor pouch can be attached to the back. The hook-and-loop closure with the word "MED" allows for quick identification of the pouch.
The bag is not only MOLLE/PALS compatible, but thanks to the specially developed paracord loops it can also be attached to any 45 mm weapon belt.
