The Direct Action® Lysander MED Waist Pack is an ergonomically designed waist pack for carrying essential medical equipment. Its ergonomic shape allows it to fit under plate carriers, which is especially useful when operating in confined spaces.

A zippered pocket on the front provides storage for protective gloves, while a medical bandage can be attached to the outside with hook-and-loop fasteners. The main compartment closes with a two-way zipper, and its soft hook-and-loop lining can be easily configured for specific equipment using the included specialized strips. Another compartment on the back of the bag accommodates large, flat bandages and closes with a small hook-and-loop fastener. Two additional pockets are sewn onto the flap: one for scissors and the other for TCCC incident cards.

The sides of the bag feature a laser-cut MOLLE/PALS-compatible system, allowing for the attachment of additional pouches for bandages, tourniquets, and other accessories. This MOLLE/PALS system extends to the bottom of the bag for attaching extra gear such as a lightweight rescue sheet. In addition to the MOLLE/PALS system on the bottom, a woven shock cord provides further attachment options.
