The Direct Action® Med Pouch Horizontal MKIII is a two-part first aid pouch made from a laser-cut laminate construction.
The partially elasticated outer pocket offers space for even more medical equipment while remaining very slim. The pocket features easy, two-handed access to the insert via non-slip Hypalon® tabs. The zippered interior of the insert is designed to keep first-aid supplies securely in place with well-placed elastic loops.
The bag is not only MOLLE/PALS compatible, but thanks to the specially developed paracord loops it can also be attached to any 45 mm weapon belt.
