The Med Pouch Vertical MKII from Direct Action® is a small first aid pouch with a removable insert. This two-part IFAK pouch is designed to attach to the side of a chest rig or belt, taking up the same space as a magazine pouch.
The medical equipment insert can be unfolded with a single pull on the Velcro-fastened flap. All the first-aid supplies are well-organized and held in place by elastic webbing loops. The insert itself can be quickly opened with just one hand. The interior of the main compartment is also secured with Velcro.
The pouch is not only compatible with any MOLLE/PALS module platform, but can also be attached to any 45 mm wide weapon belt thanks to the specially designed paracord loops.
