The Med Pouch Vertical MKII from Direct Action is a small IFAK pouch with a removable insert. This two-piece IFAK pouch is designed to be attached to the side of a chest rig or to the belt - it takes up the same space as a magazine pouch a.

The insert with medical equipment can be unfolded with a single pull on the Velcro flap. All the first aid equipment is well thought out and is held in place by elastic webbing loops. The insert itself can be opened quickly with just one hand . The interior of the main pocket is velcro-fastened. The pocket is not only compatible with any MOLLE/PALS modular platform, but can also be attached to any 45mm wide gun belt thanks to the specially designed paracord loops.
