Edelrid Salathe Softshell Climbing Helmet Oasis

Lightweight and well-ventilated climbing helmet for tree care work. The combination of a foamed EPP core with a partial hard shell made of ABS ensures high safety with minimal weight. Meets the requirements for protection against impacts and shocks according to EN 12492.

• Tested impact protection on the sides as well as in the front and back of the head according to EN 12492
• Chin strap with side buckles for even more comfort
• Ultra-light EPP core (expanded polypropylene) for excellent shock absorption and high dimensional stability
• Robust hard shell in the upper and front area for additional protection e.g. against stone chips
• Minimalist adjustment system with adjustable straps for a secure fit, minimal pack size and excellent ventilation
• Headlamp attachment with two clips at the front and an elastic strap at the back
• Large ventilation openings for continuous air exchange and heat dissipation
• The helmet shape is specially designed for use with ski goggles
• CE-certified as a ski touring helmet according to PCSR-002 11.2019 (Please note: does not meet the requirements of the EN 1077 standard for ski helmets)
• Ergonomic interior shape with removable, washable pads
