The GearKeeper RT3-5533 is a safety system with an extra strong retraction mechanism with a retraction weight of up to 680 grams, which was specifically designed for securing handguns.
The high tension keeps the weapon's weight suspended, thus providing a stabilizing force for aiming. The Q/C-2 (Quick Connect 2) quick-release coupling system allows the handgun to be easily and quickly detached from the tether. Additionally, there is a defined breaking point in case the weapon becomes entangled.
The MOLLE-compatible Velcro loop allows the equipment holder to be attached to both duty belts (up to 58mm wide) and MOLLE platforms.
