The GHOSTHOOD® Ghost-Hoodie-Snow is lighter than many other systems at only 616g. It is worn over clothing or over insulation clothing and equipment. When crouched, it usually reaches to the ground. The back is cut long enough to to be able to wear a daypack under the hoodie.
The hood is firmly sewn on and also fits over a helmet with hearing protection. The width of the hood can be adjusted with an elastic band around the edge. The eye slit is closed with a mosquito net. There are also camouflage covers for the hands. These are like mittens and also fit over the most winter gloves.
There is an opening with a cover almost in the middle at the front. This can be used to insert a camera or a rifle scope. The different ways of using the hood are shown in the product video of the Ghost Hoodie. There is a small rubber loop under the optics slot, which can be used to pull the excess length to the front. can be stuck at the top.
There are around 50 CFIX loops sewn onto each side of the Ghost Hoodie Snow. These can be used to attach vegetation or adaptive camouflage to improve the camouflage effect if necessary. The CFIX loops on the camo side are in CONCAMO® brown and are complemented by continuous contrast stripes. On the camouflage side, there may be camouflage pattern discoloration on the white fabric due to production reasons.
