Products made from copper and copper alloys do not fall within the scope of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP Regulation) and are therefore not subject to the classification and Labeling requirement. Since lead is on the candidate list of the REACH Regulation, we hereby fulfill our obligation under the REACH Regulation to inform you of this occurrence.
