The Guardian Military Set from Helikon consists of three main components: the Guardian Plate Carrier, the Guardian Cummerbund and the Guardian Flap magazine front plate. The modular Guardian Military Set allows for easy customization and additional attachments. Each user can tailor their set to their needs.
The Guardian Plate Carrier is the foundation for building a complete tactical kit. Its primary purpose is as a carrier for ballistic plates. The front and back pockets are designed to carry plates, while the stretchy interior material allows for adjustment to accommodate plates of different shapes and thicknesses. The carrier is MOLLE/PALS compatible, allowing the user to attach any equipment that meets this standard. The Guardian kit is available in multiple color options, including various camouflage patterns, allowing seamless integration into uniforms.
The military version of the Plate Carrier Guardian is equipped with a Guardian Cummerbund and a front plate, the Guardian Flap. This makes the set ready for use immediately after purchase. The cummerbund is equipped with MOLLE/PALS compatible straps and offers additional space for equipment. The standard cummerbund can easily be replaced with the Guardian Cummerbund Quick Release.
The set also includes the Guardian Flap front panel with MOLLE/PALS compatible straps for three AK/AR magazines. The panel is attached to the vest with two buckles and velcro fasteners. The built-in pocket is divided into three sections, each designed for a single magazine for AR, AK47 and AK74 systems. The magazines are secured from above with a shock cord with non-slip handles. The surface of the flap contains a MOLLE/PALS compatible modular system (6 columns in 3 rows). Additional loops on the sides of the flap are interwoven with a shock cord to carry additional equipment. Non-slip handles are sewn into the bottom corners of the flap, allowing for easy removal.
The Guardian Plate Carrier fits the most common plate types: E-Cut (SAPI/ESAPI) and Swimmer Cut or Shooter Cut.
