Helikon-Tex LEVEL 7 Lightweight Winter Jacket flecktarn

The Helikon Level 7 Winter Jacket is a final, outer insulation layer for extreme cold. The Climashield® Apex™ insulation keeps the user warm in many conditions. The LVL7 jacket can be worn with all lower layers (according to ECWCS): Base Layers 1 & 2, Fleece, Shells, etc. The insulation is Hydrophobic - dries quickly when wet.

The outer nylon shell protects the insulation from wind and moisture while allowing breathability. The fleece-lined stand-up collar houses a spacious (helmet compatible) and lined hood. The volume of the hood is adjustable by drawstrings that are accessible from chest pockets. The hood compartment in the collar has a 2-way zipper. This is important to allow access to the hood without having to take off the heavy gloves. Soft fleece lining of the hood increases comfort and prevents abrasions.

Two fleece-lined side pockets protect your hands from the cold. The large side pockets have a 2-way zipper, which allows access even with heavy mittens. The side pockets also have a pocket for a cell phone or hand warmer pad, a D-ring and an opening for cables. The Level 7 winter jacket can be easily compressed without losing its insulating properties.
