What makes Urban Tactical Pants® so special? The cut and pocket layout used in these pants remains civil enough to preserve anonymity, while retaining the full functionality of combat pants that are designed to be used tactically - and at the same time do not collide with the human anatomy. Elastic waistband closed with Velcro allows for easy adjustment. Wide belt loops allow for a belt up to 50 mm wide, including all HTX tactical belts: EDC, UTL® or Cobras®.
Judicious pocket placement allows gear to be placed near the center mass, around the hips and waist. Front and back pocket edges are reinforced to prevent constant movement of light or knife clips. Two Velcro-sealed front pockets are large enough to carry a smartphone - or even an AR/AK weapon magazine. Zippered thigh pockets look flat - but the design lets you carry bags or wallets with ease. Tailored interior pockets wait to be filled with Low Profile Protective Pads®. Three fabric types and a wide range of colors allow the pants to be matched to the rest of the wardrobe or to the work conditions.

As a military surplus-retailer company, Helikon-Tex was established in Poland in 1983 and kept its direction, maturing as a company and gathering experience for over a decade.In the late 90', when the growing mismatch between current military gear solutions and the new challenges awaiting a modern-day soldier became obvious, Grzegorz Mieszczak, the owner of the company, decided to develop up-to-date military and paramilitary lines of clothing and gear.1999 was a milestone in the formation of Helikon-Tex as a producer and a brand itself.
