The JervenTextil outer material (polyurethane-coated polyester with aluminum-coated interior) specially developed by Jerven is truly waterproof and can withstand more than 8 meters of water jets. (3 meters is considered 100% waterproof). The aluminum coating reflects heat or cold as required. It will be like in the thermos or in the freezer. In addition, the JervenTextile material is extremely robust; a 5 cm strip of JervenTextile has a tear resistance of more than 50 kg. The JervenTextile material has also been fire tested by the Norwegian State Institute for Consumer Research (SIFO).

10 year guarantee! Jerven uses only the best raw materials to make Jervenduken. Both the raw materials and the sewing work are carefully controlled. That's why Jerven offers a 10-year guarantee against material and sewing defects. If the bugs can be fixed, Jerven will make sure that happens. If not, the Jervenduken will be replaced with a new one. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by fire, embers, sharp objects or improper use.
