Inside is the special silver-impregnated ceramic filter element. The filter performance is accurate and removes bacteria, protozoa and other pathogens. The reason for this lies in the innovative technology. With a pore size of 0.2 microns (= 0.0002 mm), the pores of the filter are smaller than the microorganisms. This prevents them from passing through the filter so that they are removed from the water. The service life of the filter element depends on the degree of contamination of the water source used; it is a maximum of 50,000 liters. Quick cleaning is possible thanks to the removable filter element.
