Katadyn Vario water filter

Katadyn Vario water filter from the Backcountry series - when you're out and about, you encounter new water conditions every day. Sometimes it is clear, sometimes cloudy, sometimes it smells chemical, so a water filter with different modes is a good idea. This Katadyn pump filter uses ceramic as a cleanable dirt filter and fiberglass as a microbiological filter with low pump resistance. The ceramic disc can be switched on in “LONGER LIFE” mode when the water is cloudy. In “FASTER FLOW” mode, the flow flows directly to the glass fiber filter and the pump performance is increased to up to 2 L/min. The replaceable activated carbon granules reduce chemicals and bad taste. A dual pump mechanism ensures continuous performance with minimal effort. Replacement filter elements are available individually (ceramic disc, fiberglass filter with activated carbon, activated carbon granules).
