The Morakniv Eldris is a knife that fits both in a pocket and a backpack; the blade is 2 mm thick and 59 mm long - or in this case, short.
The 2.0 mm thick, profile-ground blade made of recycled Swedish stainless steel has a hardness of 56-58 HRC. The blade has not been polished/ground and the corners of the spine are sharp, making knives with this grind excellent for use with a fire starter.
The ergonomic, barrel-shaped polymer handle features a soft, textured grip and a finger guard. The polymer knife sheath is symmetrical, meaning it is suitable for both right- and left-handed users.
The Eldris's size gives you more control, and its smaller blade allows for safer work compared to a larger one. What makes the Eldris unique is its versatility: it can be carried in so many different ways without getting in the way.
