The Nextorch HC40 nylon restraints offer a tensile strength of 600 N in an extremely compact 8 mm profile.
The braided nylon construction provides the necessary flexibility for quick application while reducing tissue damage during prolonged restraint. Each cuff has a maximum diameter of 21 cm to accommodate larger individuals and weighs only 12 g – half the weight of conventional zip cuffs.
These restraints were designed for use during riots and protests and feature a high-strength PC locking block that eliminates the risk of failure in critical situations. With a temperature resistance of up to 220 °C, they offer reliable performance under all conditions.
