DISSOLVING ARTIFICIAL SHAPES – CAMOUFLAGE PATTERNS
Man-made shapes do not exist in the natural environment. The human eye readily perceives straight lines, sharp corners, and very flat surfaces, quickly recognizing them as out of place. Applying patterns with EC-PAINT™ can disrupt the characteristic shape of a weapon or other equipment.
ADAPT TO ANY ENVIRONMENT – BACKGROUND WITH MATCHING COLORS
Glossy black objects do not exist in nature. The EC-PAINT™ range consists of eight colors selected to provide optimal camouflage in any combat environment, regardless of field conditions. The paint creates a matte finish, eliminating the risk of specular reflection.
NIGHT VISION SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT – NIR ADAPTABILITY
NIR adaptability is a method used to prevent detection by night vision devices. These devices detect variations in infrared reflectivity. EC-PAINT™ is designed to deliver reflective levels that appear at a similar level to the surrounding terrain, making them more difficult to detect with NVGs (night vision devices).
EC-PAINT™ camouflage paint can be easily removed from many pieces of equipment using PAINT REMOVER. EC-PAINT™ complies with all European environmental regulations.
