The Smith & Wesson Model 103-1 handcuff is the nickel- and rust-free stainless steel version of the Model 100-1 with a double locking mechanism.

The Model 103-1 handcuffs are made of rustproof stainless steel and are suitable for use in aggressive saltwater and humid environments. Furthermore, the steel is nickel-free, effectively preventing allergic reactions during use.

The Model 103-1 has a total of 23 locking positions and fits almost all wrists. The maximum circumference of the handcuff is 210 mm and the minimum is 150 mm. The Model 103-1 handcuff features a double locking mechanism, which makes it more difficult to adjust the handcuffs and prevents them from being tightened further.
