SureFire EP4 Sonic Defender Plus hearing protection protects your hearing from noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) without affecting your ability to hear everyday sounds or conversations in noisy environments.

The triple flange provides a noise reduction ratio (NRR) of 24 dB. Safe sound levels are allowed to pass into the ear canal, while potentially harmful sounds (above 85 dB) are reduced by our proprietary noise-reducing filter.

The EP4s come with filter caps that can be inserted for additional protection to suppress quieter sounds, such as on an airplane, when hearing ambient noise or conversation is not critical.

The EP4 Sonic Defenders Plus are made of a soft, durable, hypoallergenic polymer that provides all-day comfort and extends the life of the product (up to 6+ months, depending on use and care).
