The Suunto A-30 NH (northern hemisphere) is a compact, precise compass for hiking and orienteering, which can also be used in poor lighting conditions.
The A30 NH has a particularly stable and fast needle. The fluid used by Suunto is formulated according to a special formula that provides damping across a wide temperature range while preventing the needle from sticking.
The A-30 NH has luminescent markings for navigation at dusk and at night (bezel, orientation markers and course).
