The OLAES® bandage from TacMed™ Solutions is a modern emergency pressure bandage that can be used in a variety of ways. In stressful situations, fine motor skills are often lost due to the exceptional situation and the stress. This makes simple things like applying a bandage more difficult and takes more time.
This aspect was taken into account when developing the OLAES® bandage. It is easy and quick to use, is compact and light and offers immense versatility.
The OLAES® bandage is the latest generation of pressure bandages for all levels of users. No other emergency bandage of this size offers such great versatility. Packed with 3m of pressed gauze and a removable film in the wound dressing as well as a pressure applicator that applies real, direct pressure to the wound and can also serve as eye protection, the possible uses are wide-ranging.
The elastic bandage is simply wrapped, the Velcro fasteners prevent slipping and accidental unrolling. This eliminates the need for hooks and fastening clips that make application unnecessarily complicated.

- Control strip with Velcro fastener prevents accidental unrolling during use
- Transparent pressure shell creates targeted pressure on the wound to support the closure of damaged vessels. It can also serve as a rigid eye cover for eye injuries as per CoTCCC guidelines
- Plastic occlusive film behind the wound pad for more treatment versatility
- 3 meters of sterile zigzag packed gauze inside the wound pad to cover wounds
- Wound pad to cover the injury site, helps stop bleeding and keeps the wound free of debris
- Safety clip to secure the bandage
