The Tasmanian Tiger TT Gear Pack ZP IRR was developed by active users specifically for the 5.11 Tactical Breaching Active Patrol Kit (and similar kits) and can be attached to the TT Plate Carrier QR LC ZP IRR via side zippers. It is the first breaching pack in which the 5.11 Tactical Breaching Kit can be stored in a truly practical and functional way.
Two tool tubes with MOLLE webbing are attached to the reinforced base plate. The fold-out compartment for bolt cutters is hooked onto the plate and has slots for breakpens on the sides. The base plate can also be used separately or with just the tubes.
The TT Gear Pack ZP IRR can also be mounted on other plate carriers available on the market with a compatible zipper length and width. Additionally, the included zipper MOLLE strip allows it to be attached to plate carriers with the same MOLLE system as the TT Plate Carrier QR LC ZP. An additional adapter is included for attaching it to standard MOLLE webbing.
Both the CORDURA® materials and webbing, Velcro fasteners and buckles meet the high German Armed Forces standards TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 respectively regarding IRR camouflage effect (IRR 650 – 1250nm / 10 – 42%).
