The Tasmanian Tiger Medic Mascal Pack (MASCAL = Mass Casualty) is used to provide first aid to injured people if they cannot be treated individually immediately. The backpack is equipped with four IFAK pouches on the front for quick access; the interior compartments are designed to contain materials for emergency operations with many injured people. The sides of the backpack have laser-cut MOLLE.
