The Team Wendy® EXFIL® Ballistic Helmet Rail 3.0 features a hybrid composite helmet shell for increased strength and a unique geometry for optimal fit.

It is equipped with the multifunctional EXFIL® Rail 3.0, which allows attachment options for all common accessories and the integration of EXFIL® Ballistic Visor and EXFIL® Face Shield. It also has a Wilcox® NVG mount/interface for attaching night vision devices and lamps .

Team Wendy®'s Zorbium® foam technology helmet pads are customizable, provide the latest impact protection and maximum comfort. They exceed the ACH blunt impact requirements as per AR/PD10-02, 16Dec'13 - an average of less than 70 g for all impacts and temperatures.

Ballistic performance:

• NIJ Level III-A (according to NIJ STD 0106.01/0108.01)
• Splinter protection: 17gr V50 ≥ 731 m/s
• Back deformation: 9mm FMJ RN @ 425 m/s, BFD < 25.4 mm at all locations

Helmet shell:

• High-cut shell with unique geometry for optimal fit
• Matte, non-reflective surface with Velcro surfaces
• Wilcox® W-Shroud for NVG mounts, compatible with lanyard system
• Team Wendy®️ EXFIL®️ Rail 3.0 for mounting system of accessories

Helmet padding:

• Three-piece Zorbium® foam impact liner with 16 individual comfort pads in two thicknesses (Berry compliant)
• The Zorbium® foam insert protects against impacts and allows the use of a hearing protection headband
• Replaceable comfort pads allow for a customized fit
• Zorbium® comfort padding with water-repellent film and antimicrobial fabric cover
• Exceeds ACH blunt impact requirements per AR/PD10-02, 16Dec'13

Carrying strap system:

• Team Wendy® CAM FIT™ Retention with BOA® Fit System for optimal stability and fit
• Screw and bolt-free construction with high-strength Velcro fastening, meets ACH tensile force requirements
• BOA® Fit System with micro-adjustable scale, coated stainless steel cable and low-friction guides
