The Team Wendy RIFLETECH™ helmet offers elite-level ballistic protection and all-day comfort in a lightweight, ready-to-use design. Its RIFLETECH™ Air Fit interior system, developed through extensive research into preventing traumatic brain injury, provides industry-leading impact protection and breathability. Combined with Team Wendy Ceradyne's patented Seamless Shell Technology, impressive muzzle velocity penetration, and a V50 rating of up to 4430+ ft/s, RIFLETECH™ delivers rifle-grade performance without structural weak points, maximizing survivability in high-threat environments.

Team Wendy's rifle-compatible helmet boasts ballistic performance that meets NIJ III requirements according to NIJ STD 0106.01/108.01, and additionally offers the ability to deflect higher-velocity threats.

Features:

• The RIFLETECH™ Air Fit helmet liner features integrated air channels, excellent heat dissipation, cooling fabric, and strategically placed cooling pads that improve breathability.
• Developed with Team Wendy Ceradyne's patented Seamless Shell Technology, eliminating through-holes to ensure consistent performance throughout the helmet. No weak points from screws used to attach rails, etc., ensuring structural integrity across the entire helmet.
• Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene shell for maximum energy absorption and therefore maximum life-saving potential
• NVG cover with improved elastic bands ensures an optimal fit for night vision devices.
• Hook and loop fastener pattern developed by tactical forces for optimal cable management and fastenings
• Flat, reinforced, shatterproof polycarbonate reverse dovetail rail system for universal mountings
• CAM FIT™ retention system, handcrafted in Cleveland, Ohio, with our signature BOA® Fit System integration with micro-adjustable dial.

Ballistic performance:

• Protects against threats according to NIJ RF1 (STD 0123.00) and NIJ Level III (STD 0108.01), tested according to NIJ STD 0106.01
• Fragmentation protection: 17gr FSP V50 ≥ 1350 m/s (tested on XL case). RTP at muzzle velocity 7.62 x 39 MSC
• Rear deformation: 7.62 x 51 FMJ (M80 Ball NATO cartridge); 5.56 M193 BT; 9 mm FMJ RN

Helmet shell:

• Designed with Ceradyne's patented Seamless Shell technology without through-holes to ensure consistent performance throughout the helmet.
• No weak points due to screws for attaching rails, etc., which ensures structural integrity throughout the helmet.
• Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material (UHMWPE)
• Injection-molded polycarbonate edge trim for long service life
• Available in shell sizes S, M, L and XL

CAM FIT™ Retention System:

• The CAM FIT™ system with BOA® Fit System technology is handcrafted in Cleveland and offers secure, customizable support with effortless adjustment.
• Cam lock slider for one-handed adjustment and secure fit
• The asymmetrical design ensures that the buckle lies smoothly along the chin line.
• The comfort lining of the chin cup ensures maximum comfort and chafing-free wear. The individual clip system can be attached without through holes.

• The design of the RIFLETECH™ Air Fit helmet liner is the result of extensive research into the prevention of traumatic brain injuries and culminated in Team Wendy's advanced Zorbium® foam and liner system.

• Adjustable comfort cushions ensure a secure, individual fit.
• Enables the integration of communication headsets
