Originally developed for special units in Germany and Austria - now popular worldwide as multifunctional outdoor gloves. The Shell Gloves from THE HEAT COMPANY are worn as the 2nd layer of the HEAT LAYER SYSTEM and can be combined with all liners and the Polar Hood.
The outside of the gloves is made of a breathable microfiber that is highly wind- and water-repellent. The insulation consists of Primaloft Gold & Grip Control, an environmentally friendly, synthetic down with 55% recycled content. It warms without being bulky, is moisture-regulating and breathable. It retains its insulating effect even when wet and dries quickly. It is made of goat leather, which is warmer than any high-tech fiber, pleasantly soft and yet durable, highly breathable and highly water-repellent.
