The Woolpower Balaclava LITE is a tight-fitting balaclava. It is thin, but still offers good protection in cold weather. The flatlock seams prevent chafing, so the balaclava can also be worn under a helmet.

LITE is Woolpower's thinnest fabric. It is a denser 1.1 rib knit material, which means it does not insulate as well as the Ullfrotté Original fabric, but creates a cooler fabric even though LITE contains more wool. Woolpower LITE is best worn close to the body as a base layer. Even when the weather is a little warmer, the wool helps to cool the body down.
