Der Helikon Scout Compass Mk2 ist ein universeller Kartenkompass. Der Kompass ist mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt, um die Zuverlässigkeit zu erhöhen. Um beste Navigationsmöglichkeiten zu bieten, ist der Kompass mit einer drehbaren Lünette mit Winkelskala, Zentimeter- und Zolllinealen und 4 Kartenmaßstäben ausgestattet - 1:25000, 1:24000, 1:62500 und 1:50000. Der Kompass ist auch mit einer Schnur zum Aufhängen ausgestattet, damit er nicht verloren geht.
